Cafe 212 located at 212 Riley Street next door to the Quality Hotel Cambridge has appointed a creative, exciting and energetic executive chef, Itzhak Zoaretz.

His distinguished qualifications are from the French culinary school, Le Cordon Blue.

Itzhak has designed tantalizing seasonal menus in Australia and overseas.

He has had a varied career from working in one of the finest butcheries in Sydney to five star establishments.

A fresh face in the culinary world, Itzhak has prepared meals for Prime Ministers, pop singers and famous chefs including Gordon Ramsey and Bill Granger.

He takes pride in presenting delicious food that is simple, fresh and looks irresistible.

Itzhak’s new menus attracted high profile personnel within the industry for the Christmas Cabaret nights.

The cabaret, which includes a delectable dinner and a comedy show, was so successful that it is now a regular event at the 212 on riley.
