Guest Relations Officer
Required to maintain the high level of service provided to guests and patrons. Reporting to the Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for completing all Front Office Duties. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests and all hotel visitors
- Handle the checking in and checking out of guests
- Maintain and settle guest accounts
- Responding to all guests needs, and assisting with all guest inquiries
- Answering and redirection of phone calls
- Booking of tours and airport transfers etc.
The successful applicant will be computer literate, and flexible to work a variety of shifts, including weekends. Previous experience in a hotel is essential for this position, as are good communication skills.
Experience with Fidelio is also desirable.
