<p><strong>What we need:</strong></p>
<p>-2 bunches Coriander<br />
-100 g walnuts<br />
-2 garlic cloves<br />
-½  lemon, juiced<br />
-About 150 ml Olive oil<br />
-Grated parmesan (optional)<br />
-And of course salt &amp; pepper.</p>
<p><strong>How to make:</strong></p>
<p>Place all dry ingredients in a food processor and start spinning.<br />
Slowly add the olive oil and the lemon juice.<br />
Season to taste.</p>
