
Great ingredient, coriander - so fresh!

What we need:
-2 bunches Coriander
-100 g walnuts
-2 garlic cloves
-½ lemon, juiced
-About 150 ml Olive oil
-Grated parmesan (optional)
-And of course salt & pepper.
How to make:
Place all dry ingredients in a food processor and start spinning.
Slowly add the olive oil and the lemon juice.
Season to taste.
And that’s it, so simple but yet so incredibly tasty.
